My name is Giancarlo Nencini known as GC, and I currently coach the Senior Development and Senior team. Swimming became a lifestyle back when I was 10 years old, when my parents signed me up with Vista Terrace Dolphins. I swam there for 5 years where I then swam and played water polo for Montgomery High School.

After graduating high school I played water polo for one year at Mesa College, where I then moved on to my other passion… coaching. My first coaching experience was in water polo and soon found that swimming was my true calling. I was one of the original coaches of CSDS (City of San Diego Swim) at City Heights Pool, and this is where my USA Coaching experience began. After a few years of coaching CSDS I left to pursue my education in Architecture. I now have a Bachelor in Architecture and began working in a firm with the title of Junior Project Manager.

My name is Natalie Salgueiro. My passion towards swimming began ever since I was six years old, unfortunately my parents did not have enough time to take me to swim clubs and so forth; so I waited impatiently to go to school where there was a swim team available.

My chance was given to me in my freshman year in Woodrow Wilson High School located in Long Beach, CA, where I began to be known for my backstroke, and later transferred to the Senior Club Team in Belmont pool. Soon, after receiving a scholarship to an Architecture school, I decided to end one dream and begin another one. I graduated in May of 2008, with a Bachelor in Architecture. I, now work at an architecture firm, and coach age group I for CNSA.

My name is Sylvia Del Moral, I swam competitively for 13 years. I did a summer league for two summers and then realized that swimming was my passion which pushed me into club swimming. I was on multiple club teams throughout my career including my original and favorite team NGSV Gators.

I was named MVP all four years of high school and was lucky enough to pick up a scholarship to San Diego State University for all my hard work I had put into swimming. I was a Butterflier and Backstroker mainly, with a 100 fly time of 56 sec and 100 back of 58 sec and 200 back of 2:08.
